Never Give Up, Properties operates sober homes in the Lower Bucks County Area. At Never Give Up, Properties we provide affordable, supportive, uplifting, spacious and updated sober living to our residents. It is our mission to provide our residents with a safe environment and a place they are proud to call their own. It is an honor to assist our residents in their recovery process and maintaining their new way of life. Our years of experience allows us to connect on a different level with our residents and help them through the ups and downs of becoming a productive member of society. Our ultimate goal is to encourage our residents to pursue their hopes and dreams for their future and to never give up!

The houses are incredible. Clean property with a landlord that cares, if a problem does come up it is handled very quickly and fixed right. Greg cares about his tenants. If you need a place to go I highly recommend the never give up houses. No other house I have seen compares.

What I like most about the house is that the owner treats you with respect and like a human being. Its not all about the money here. Its about recovering in a clean and healthy environment. You will learn how to be a responsible member of society here and to eventually have your own place in life.

I’ve been a long time friend of Greg.(owner and operator). I know how important his own personal recovery is to him, which leads to the cares and concerns of others in similar situations. Clean, well maintained houses with all the modern amenities you'd want in a living space. The owner is attentive and always available when you need him. Great place to live I highly recommend NGU.
